Sweet and sour: Flavors of life

Today, I shall be thrifty for this day I am a ravenous creature. I shall satisfy my earnest desire for foods. They are so tempting and irresistible I could do nothing but let myself be taken over by this glutton monster who had been awakened from long period of slumber and nightmare.

Vacant time.
The strongest
drive that strengthens my mortality is the only thing that could make me stay calm and alive. FOOD! After perishing from 1 ½ hour class in ECO subject, without a shadow of doubt grabbed some money and headed towards the nearest bakery in school. I bought an egg pie worth Php 15.00 and 2 “pande coco” for four pesos. I was beginning to think that it wasn’t expensive until I offered a bite to my friends without actually meaning it (really would take NO for an answer =) I should’ve known Karma is digital. As I opened my mouth, it fell right before my eyes. It was really painful seeing my three inches wide pie on the ground. WAAHH! To sum all my expenses, I spend Php 34.00 for a snack. Deng! Not so tight huh?!!

Second craze, MJ and I were actually looking for Joan and we thought of dropping by at OCCC. There was a fair or something happening there and HEY they got lots of goodies and foodies. Mwah wah wah! Love it. I was really holding back however, I could endure no more and MJ too insisted. We had a hard time deciding what to buy. They got Siomai with Fried/Chili garlic, California Maki/SUSHI, Polvoron, Crinkles, Yema, brownies etc. We ended buying Polvoron, Yema and brownies which took us 15 minutes or so… Bought so much I was bankrupt. No regrets. Kept telling myself. (Yeah Right!) Sweet. SO sweet I had tons of energy packed up I could even move a mountain. Haha. True that sweet foods causes hyperactivity. Proven. I was too preoccupied with foods. Ooops. Code RED. Serious prob here! HELP!

Third craze, saw my cousin on my way home and asked me to accompany her to buy stuffs of her lil’cutie boy. I hopped in and we thought of buying the big Marty’s crackling. Dare to join the Marty’s crackling aficionados club? Can you believe we drove around Olongapo late at night in quest of finding that troublesome chip? Eventually, we found nothing. Hopeless. Think of how in-demand this super-Oh-mega delicious chip. Did the mass hysteria find out. ? I beg thee keep it to yourself for if the demand increases, the supply decreases (I supposed you know that). Hell no!! Wouldn’t allow it to earn publicity but here I am writing the marvel of this chip. I can foretell, if this madness heightens, dunno what to do to calm the glutton inside me. SOS!
